Most orders within New Zealand are delivered within 5-6 working days, Overseas orders take 10-15 days.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery please contact our office immediately by phone or email to receive instructions on the return of damaged goods and the dispatch of replacements at no charge.
Refund Policy
Green Agritech Limited has a customer satisfaction guarantee that if in the first month after purchase you are not satisfied with our products we will refund your full purchase price (of the unsatisfactory product) after it is returned to Green Agritech Limited at no cost to the customer. To organize a refund the customer should contact our office (by phone or email) to be issued with a reply paid authorization number and instructions for returning the goods.
Warranty
One year back to base. All warranty work (parts, labour and return charges) will be covered by Green Agritech Ltd.
